- We believe the driver of the dark vehicle may say something about your driving behavior to BMW that swerved and did not stop until it ran into the boy, said Long Beach to VG.

Slippery road
The fatal accident occurred at Kløfta Akershus at 23.30 o'clock Saturday night. Difficult driving conditions with slippery roads after the cold combined with heavy snowfall meant that the police encouraged considerate driving.

Just before the exit to Kongsvinger on E6 northbound had a motorist fell into the ditch. 16 year old Tom Pettersen and two friends of him went out to help. In snowy and cold went Tom back to the car where he was a passenger to collect jackets for himself and his friends. Then another car, a BMW, careening. Collision inflicted Tom so much damage that his life did not stand to save.

Must have lost control
The driver told police that he lost control of the car and had no chance to avoid the BMW he drove his 16-year-old.

Police are now investigating whether the driver 20 showed sufficient care and considerate driving the difficult snow conditions taken into account.

The accused 20-year-old is still charged with manslaughter in the 16-year-old boy.

The man will not yet have been appointed a defense counsel in the case.

- We continue to work with witnesses and technical examinations of vehicles in addition to these surveillance images, says Totland Long Beach.
